All appointment changes must be made two (2) business days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, 100% of the service cost
will be charged. 
100% of the service will be charged for missed appointments and
​same-day cancellations. 
​Please arrive five (5) minutes early to your appointment.
