Cancellation Policy & Spa Etiquitte

All appointment changes must be made before 48 hours of your appointment time. Two spa days. If you need to rebook your appointment 25% of the service cost will be charged. 50% of the service will be charged for missed or cancelled appointments. Please arrive early or on time for your appointment. Being late could result in your appointment being condensed or considered missed and charged accordingly.
